MIRIAM MORGENSTERN
Miriam is a teacher with a wealth of expertise across a range of modalities; from movement to deep rest. Known for her zest for life, warmth and playful nature.
She has over 15 years of experience with movement, as a former professional dancer that continued her education within STOTT Pilates® & The Garuda Method.
Her devotion and curiosity inspired her to pursue learning eastern methods for healing and deep rest. Like yoga nidra, sound healing, reiki, meditation & yogic philosophy.
Since 2020 she has been supporting individuals, groups and corporations connect to their body and rested self. She hosts exclusive international retreats and is known for her empowering hands on adjustments, presence, and spirit.

Miriam Morgenstern is an educated & certified instructor in STOTT Pilates® & The Garuda method.
With her background as a certified professional dancer from the Ballet Academy in Stockholm. Years of deep devotion to dance and the body combined with her studies creates a special understanding on an embodied level. It provides quality and takes her clients to the next level of their practice. Her personal and professional studies of reiki, yoga, meditation, energy medicine and her love for music, psychology and art has provided her with a variety of tools.
