WHERE: Tysta Gatan, Stockholm
INSTRUCTOR: Miriam Morgenstern
NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 4 -5 people
WHAT TO EXPECT:
4 × 60 min sessions of high quality Pilates training in the different apparatus; reformer, chair, cadillac.
Accountability - you are more likely to workout if you have something booked.
Support from me: hands on and verbal guidance
A sense of community and small group atmosphere
Safe, fun and challenging workouts
Workouts designed to target & reinforce your “weak links”
Deeper body awareness, enhanced strength, mobility, stability and sense of overall wellbeing.
All at a lower price point than regular 1:1 sessions

If you wish to cancel your spot in the group please let me know via email as soon as possible. In the event of a missed opportunity, there is no refund, but there is an opportunity to make up for a missed training: If you happen to be ill or for other reasons cannot attend, there is the opportunity to make up for the missed opportunity by coming as a guest in another group later on in the semester, when there is an availability.
